Dining Alerts are searched continuously, every day and night. Other Alerts are evaluated every 1 minute.
Is there a limit to how many Alerts I can set?
There is no limit. We do not charge for any number.
I received a Park Pass Alert, but there is no availability?
This is common. The Park Pass Availability system from Disney can be inconsistent with time
lag,
and many users are trying to obtain the same availability.
Just know that we only send an Alert if the Disney system says it has availability.
We recommend resetting the Alert and trying again. It may take several attempts.
I received a Lightning Lane Single Pass/Multi Pass Alert, but there is no availability?
This is also common, especially on busy days. Many users are refreshing the My Disney
Experience
Tip Board at a given time. By the time you are able to refresh, the availability may be
gone.
